Make your Kurinuki cup through a meditative process

Embracing the Wabi Sabi worldview in a hand and mind-training workshop, we will sculpt one or two, or more, Kurinuki cups using stoneware ceramic clay.*

I will share my understanding of some Japanese ceramic forms and techniques including Kurinuki and different Japanese surface decoration techniques with you.

Taking this workshop helps you become more comfortable and independent with clay whether you are an absolute beginner or with some experience. I will share with you many tips that will help you in your future times with clay.

After this workshop, you might end up making your unique set of cups on your kitchen counter. ;)
